An Unending Threat to Our Freedom

Mitchell Cagle | Who gave Congress the authority to change our Republican form of government?
The answer is no one! The purpose of establishing a Republic is to put LIMITS on
the power that our public officials have over the people. In a Republic, the people
have authority. You may have sensed that we are now in a Socialist management
system. Our sovernty and liberties are being dissolved!
"The General and Complete Disarmament Program" already signed into law and
financed by EVERY Congress since 1961 will leave you with no doubt of a New
World Order that lies ahead. Whose idea was this and who has laid out the
direction we are now on.
To answer this question we need to go to the 1930's where a piece of Socialist
legislation was introduced by Franklin D. Roosevelt called "The New Deal". The
Supreme Court declared that 22,000 laws were unconstitutional but not one has
been rescinded! Now with Socialized medicine come the management of
EVERY aspect of our lives and a guarantee of joblessness. This is a TOTAL
MANAGMENT OF SOCIALISM. By the passage of legislation of H. R. 3247 for
the CZAR of Social and Behavioral Science to intrigue our Social Behavior into
government programs we are giving our freedom to government
management once again.
Unless we become more aware of the how and why of Congress it may be too
late. THE PEOPLE HAVE NEVER GIVEN AUTOTHORIY TO ANYONE TO
CHANGE OUR FORM OF GOVERMENT. The constitution guarantees us a free
and balanced government.
It amazes me that 545 people out of 300 million are directly, legally,
morally and individually responsible for the domestic problems that have
plagued this country. In 1913, Congress delegated in its constitutional duty to
provide SOUND currency to a federally chartered, BUT PRIVATE, central
bank. Lobbyist and special interest groups have NO legal authority. They have
no ability to coerce an elected official to do not one cotton pickin' thing. I
don't care if they offer $1 million dollars in cash. The politician has the right to
accept or reject it. No matter what the lobbyist promises, it is the
LEGISLATORS RESPONSIBILTY to determine how he or she wants to
vote. It seems to be incomprehensible that a nation of 300 million people
can not replace 545 elected officials who stand convicted by present facts,
of incompetence and irresponsibility!
